RETURNS
You have 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return all or part of your order.
Inventaire reserves the right to refuse any return shipped without prior request
To initiate a return, please complete the return form available by clicking here and submit it via email to contact@inventairemobilier.com. Our team will promptly provide you with a return authorization and, if necessary, additional instructions.
Once the authorization is received, please enclose the return form in the package being returned to us.

The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, and in a resalable condition, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of withdrawal.
Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inventaire does not propose exchanges.
All items that are custom, bespoke, or made upon request are a final sale.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks from the date of receipt of the product to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that the original shipping cost, duties, and/or taxes will not be refunded.
DAMAGED GOODS AND CLAIMS
The products sold by INVENTAIRE MOBILIER are handcrafted and made using traditional artisanal methods. As a result, each product is unique and displays variations that are intrinsic to the techniques employed. Minor imperfections are often a natural characteristic of the materials we use, making each piece distinctive.
However, if your item arrives damaged in any way, we kindly request that you contact us via email at contact@inventairemobilier.com.
You may describe the damage and provide photographs of the product, the box, and the label. Our team will contact you promptly to provide you with instructions on the next steps for either a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund for the damaged items.
