Inventaire ships its products to most countries worldwide. If you are unable to complete your order due to restrictions or regulations in your country, please feel free to contact us
Your orders are shipped from our workshop in France.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. These are calculated at the time of order validation, based on the products and the delivery country.
The following shipping times apply to items in stock. Made-to-order items are shipped within different timeframes. We cannot guarantee that all items available on our website, inventairemobilier.com, are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email.
To FRANCE :
For home deliveries, please allow a delivery timeframe of 3 to 4 business days with Colissimo Standard, and 1 to 2 business days with Chronopost. In the event of your absence, a re-delivery can be arranged, or your parcel will be held at the post office for a period of 10 days for collection.
For deliveries to Point Relais®, the delivery time is between 2 to 4 business days. Once your parcel is delivered to your selected Point Relais®, it will be available for collection for a period of 3 to 10 days, depending on the relay option chosen (3 days for Pickup lockers; 7 days for Pickup points).
An email or SMS containing a tracking number will be sent to you, allowing you to monitor the status of your parcel until it reaches its delivery point.
To OTHERS COUNTRIES :
DELIVERY
Upon successful order placement, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched by La Poste, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches the designated delivery point.
Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to alter the delivery address or modify the contents of your order. We strongly recommend that you verify your shipping details, personal information, and selected items during the checkout process to avoid any discrepancies.
PAYMENTS AND CURRENCIES
We accept payments by Visa, CB, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDeal, Satispay, MyBank, and PayPal (non-exhaustive list). The total amount will be charged upon receipt of your order, even if the item is a pre-order.
All transactions are processed in euros (€). Inventaire is not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates. The exchange rate applied will be determined by your bank, and it will be reflected on your bank statement.
